Join us on Friday May 9 for a fun community session. Please arrive at 4:30pm, with the workout to commence at 4:45pm. We'll be completing a partnered HIIT workout, designed for you and your friend to burn plenty of calories ready to enjoy a post workout reload. Bookings are essential as we will be catering for the event.
