Service Description

We're getting the team together for a fun Friday evening! Whether you're a beginner or pro, you can always work on your deadlift. So we're dedicating some time to this essential lift on Friday. Practice your technique and timing with a trainer. Before progressing in your weight towards a 3-rep max. Once that's all over, we're have pizza's delivered to the gym for us to reload the carb and protein stocks. You might not love deadlifting, but we're sure you'll love pizza. There's no better reason not to get into the gym this Friday. Basic Game Plan Deadlifts from 4:30pm Pizzas from 5:30pm We hope to see you there!
